These terms apply when you use StudyBug at studybug.co.za. By using the site you agree to them. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should read them with you.

What StudyBug is

StudyBug gives practice worksheets for Grades 1 to 7, based on the South African CAPS curriculum. It is a practice tool. It does not replace school, teachers or official CAPS documents, and we can't promise any particular marks or results.

Using the site

• Use StudyBug for personal and family learning, or with your own class.
• Please don't copy the site, scrape it, sell its content, or try to break or overload it.
• We work hard to keep questions and answers correct. If you find a mistake, tell us at support@studybug.co.za and we'll fix it.

Premium subscriptions (when available)

• Billing. Premium is billed monthly in advance through PayFast. The price is shown before you pay.
• Founding price. If you join at a founding price, it stays the same for as long as your subscription stays active. If you cancel and rejoin later, the current price applies.
• Cancelling. You can cancel any time from your account or by emailing us. You keep Premium until the end of the month you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
• Refunds. If you're not happy, ask within 7 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full. After that, payments already made aren't refunded, but cancelling stops all future charges. This doesn't affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.
• Price changes. We'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email before a price change affects you, so you can cancel first if you want to.
• Failed payments. If a payment fails, we'll let you know. Premium may pause until it goes through.

Accounts

You need a free parent account to keep using StudyBug after your first worksheet. Accounts must be created by a parent or guardian aged 18 or over. Keep your login details private. You're responsible for what happens on your account. We may close accounts that misuse the site.

Availability and changes

We try to keep StudyBug running all the time, but it may sometimes be down for maintenance or problems outside our control. We may add, change or remove features, and we'll tell Premium members about any big changes that affect them.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, StudyBug is provided as it is, and we aren't liable for indirect losses from using it. For Premium, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 3 months. Nothing here limits rights you have that the law says can't be limited.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
